Marcia Silverman is chief executive officer of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, with responsibility for worldwide operations.
Marcia, a 26-year veteran of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, was most recently Ogilvy PR's first President of the Americas. Marcia previously headed Ogilvy PR's largest office, in Washington. Marcia has counseled and provided public relations expertise to corporations, trade associations and government agencies.
PRWeek recognized Marcia's contribution to the industry by profiling her as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in PR and as one of the 100 Most Influential PR Professionals in the 20th century. Previously, she was honored as one of three outstanding women in public relations by the Washington Women in Public Relations organization. Marcia also has received a Public Relations Star Award given by Inside PR, for excellence in public relations.
Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, Marcia was with the public relations division of J. Walter Thompson in New York. During her tenure there, she supported a variety of clients, including the National Consumers Federation of America and several major pharmaceutical companies. Marcia has also worked for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), where she was deputy director of public affairs and later director of women's activities. Marcia has served on the board of the Women's Campaign Fund and is on the board of directors of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund.
She holds a graduate degree and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul B. Hicks III

Based in New York, Paul Hicks is the President of the Americas for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. As President, he oversees Ogilvy PR's regional network, and all of Ogilvy PR's U.S. offices report to him.
Prior to being appointed President of the Americas in August 2002, Paul served as managing director of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide's New York office. In that role, he was responsible for leading approximately 200 professionals, by working with clients to develop innovative communications strategies for major business and professional organizations.
Previously, Paul served as global corporate practice director, working with Ogilvy PR's client leaders worldwide to position, enhance and protect the brands of many of the world's leading companies. In that capacity, he also worked with senior practitioners to grow the $20 million plus practice, which is the fastest growing group at Ogilvy PR.
Paul has extensive crisis communications and cause-related marketing experience. He has designed and executed award-winning corporate communications programs for major and start-up corporations, trade associations and philanthropic organizations including McKesson, Texaco, BP, Starnet, IBP, Qwest and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, he was chief of staff to U.S. Representative Stewart B. McKinney (R-Conn). Paul holds a B.A. in government from the University of Virginia.

Martin Liptrot

Martin Liptrot joined Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide as EAME CEO in January 2006.
Martin has strong international experience having managed global Corporate, Public Affairs and CSR programs for Fortune 100 companies. At FedEx Corp. Martin led a global team of 50 communications professionals supporting the CEO and worldwide senior executive team.
Previously Martin worked at NY-based Altria Corporate Services, formerly Philip Morris Management Corporation, and at Philip Morris International headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland where he led communications in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He also managed media campaigns for the UK Labour Party in the 1994 European and 1997 General Elections and remains close to leading figures within government.
Martin has over 15 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising and public relations. His expertise in branding, campaign development and corporate social responsibility strategies are rooted in his in-depth understanding of research-based marketing communications and audience targeting.

Christopher Graves

Chris has just joined Ogilvy after 23 years in business news. He spent the last 18 years with Dow Jones on both the editorial and business sides. He was one of the founders of Wall Street Journal Television, Managing Editor of Asia Business News (ABN), Vice President of News and Programming for CNBC Asia, Vice President of News and Programming for CNBC Europe, Managing Director of Business Development (EMEA & Asia) for Dow Jones Consumer Electronic Publishing (WSJ.com), and Managing Director of Far Eastern Economic Review.
Chris is a frequent public speaker and moderator, appearing at such events as the World Economic Forum (Davos and Asia), Global Entrepolis @ Singapore, Broadband Britain, Internet World, 3G World Congress, and many more.
Awards include an EMMY nomination and more than a dozen awards from The New York Film and Television Festivals, and the Asian Television Awards for programming made under his supervision.
