CROCS Enlists Colorado Firms to Leverage Explosive Growth in New Footwear Trend

February 8, 2005, Boulder, CO — CROCS™ Footwear, a new breed of shoes that provides the ultimate in comfort footwear, announced today that it has added two local agencies of record to create and execute global public relations and branding campaigns. Ogilvy PR’s consumer marketing practice will execute a comprehensive outreach campaign to bring the CROCS brand essence of function, fashion and fun to life for consumers everywhere. The Ogilvy PR Denver office will lead the client program. Tda Advertising will develop the branding strategy for CROCS in addition to advancing POP displays, product packaging and positioning within the various retail verticals.

CROCS Footwear is made of a Proprietary Close Cell Resin (PCCR) that warms and softens with the body’s heat, while molding to the foot.
