François Doux joins Ogilvy France as Head of the Content Division

François Doux, Practice Director, 34, will lead the Content division, one of Ogilvy Public Relations' integrated and cross-disciplinary group expertises. This division is dedicated to editorial strategy development for brands, enterprises and organisations.

Paris, France - January 6, 2014 - Ogilvy Public Relations is renewing the Content department with the arrival of François Doux. Chosen for his background in journalism and his international experience, François will be responsible for advancing his department’s evolution and develop new offerings for Ogilvy Public Relations' clients and Ogilvy Group France.

François started his career as a journalist with Le Figaro where he covered financial news and then at the national radio RTL where he hosted a finance chronicle. He then led the development of France Bloomberg TV in London for 5 years. Prior to joining Ogilvy, he participated as a business developer for various brands at RelaxNews (news agency). In parallel, he presents a monthly series on EcoTV and BNP Paribas web TV. François is a graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg and holds a Master of Journalism from the French Press Institute. He further enriched his experience with an MBA at HEC Paris.

The department already produces magazines, annual reports and print and digital content for major clients among which include IBM, Nestlé, La Caissed’Epargne, ANIA, Google, WWF. In addition to the Social@Ogilvy division, the agency bestows an expertise dedicated to editorial content that has continued to grow by combining traditional with digital. Recently, the division has launched a social Content offer aiming at creating content with strong social potential and ability to measure it’s impact.
