Ogilvy PR Australia opens Adelaide office

Sydney, September 20, 2012: Ogilvy PR Australia has expanded its national reach by announcing it will open an office in Adelaide on October 2.

The office will be headed by Hannah Treloar, an account manager in Parker & Partners, Ogilvy PR’s public affairs and government relations agency.

Currently based in Sydney, Ms. Treloar grew up in Adelaide and is well-known in South Australian political circles. She will retain her existing Ogilvy PR and Parker & Partners clients and will actively seek growth opportunities for the company throughout South Australia.

Ogilvy PR Australia CEO Kieran Moore said the company was delighted to be able to expand into Adelaide. “We are Australia’s biggest and most awarded agency and an integral part of Ogilvy PR’s unrivalled global reach. From October 2 Ogilvy PR Adelaide will co-locate in Rundle St with the Jam Shop, a 40% STW owned advertising and digital agency. The Adelaide office will offer public affairs, government relations, stakeholder management and media management services.

Ms. Treloar said she was delighted at the chance to return home. “I have read the negative perceptions that some have recently expressed about the State’s future but Kieran and I see tremendous opportunities in the city and South Australia and I’m grateful that Ogilvy has given me the chance to turn those opportunities into reality.
