Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide Announces Two Senior Hires to its Washington, D.C. Office

Washington, D.C., January 29, 2008 — Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (Ogilvy PR) announced today the addition of two senior staff members to its Washington, D.C office. Natalie Adler joins as Senior Vice President and Dan Stoneking joins as Vice President.

"We are very excited for Natalie and Dan to join our D.C. team," said Robert Mathias, managing director of the Washington, DC office. "Both bring an added depth and breadth of experience - Natalie in Health Policy and Pharmaceuticals and Dan in Homeland Security - that will only improve the knowledge of our already extremely strong senior staff."

Adler brings with her more than 15 years of experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical companies, non-profits and government agencies. Her skills include public policy, partnership and health provider outreach, media relations, issues management and event planning. Natalie joins Ogilvy PR after 15 years with Porter Novelli where she worked in the health care and public affairs practices. During her tenure there, she managed numerous public relations campaigns on behalf of the American Cancer Society on issues ranging from cancer screening, cancer prevention to global tobacco control. In her new position at Ogilvy PR, Natalie will be leading the agency's work for a large pharmaceutical company regarding its outreach efforts for a new vaccine. In addition, she will work closely across practices and join the Health Policy Group on accounts such as the GW Center for Health Innovation.

Stoneking has more than 17 years experience in strategic communications, media relations and broad public affairs programs, as well as more than 24 years of military and government service around the world. Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, Stoneking was deputy director, National Guard Bureau's Office of Public Affairs and has worked closely and successfully with the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and many other state and federal government agencies. In his new role at Ogilvy PR, Stoneking will be a leader on the Emergency and Risk Communication team, focusing on homeland security related issues, such as the FloodSmart and Pandemic Influenza campaigns.
