Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide Takes 14 Honors in Asia Pacific PR Awards

Hong Kong, Monday, November 22, 2010 – Another year of strong performance for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide was recognised in Hong Kong this week with the consultancy taking home more honours than any other consultancy in the Campaign Asia 2010 PR Awards.

Ogilvy PR continues to create award-winning work for clients in categories ranging from digital to the arts, finance, electronics, entertainment, healthcare, sustainability and employee communications. The consultancy was particularly thrilled to win the “Best Use of Digital” award for the third time in the last four years, given its considerable investment in building leading expertise in this field. Ogilvy Earth, another rising practice with a focus on sustainability, was also recognised with “Environmental Campaign of the Year”.

Sydney-based “Young Professional of the Year” winner, Jacquie Fegent-McGeachie, has earned four promotions in four years and is already a graduate of the Ogilvy Next Generation Leaders program. As Practice Director at Pulse Communications, Ogilvy PR Australia, for Travel/Tourism and Responsible Brands (a new practice that she was instrumental in founding), she has played a crucial team role in 22 award winning campaigns. She has also helped to lead the consultancy this year in a three month gap between a departing MD and their successor joining. Ogilvy PR is delighted to see her success recognised alongside the many award-winning campaigns for its clients across Asia Pacific.
