What: Social@Ogilvy, the integrated social media team working across all Ogilvy & Mather disciplines, is hosting Social Media Week panel sessions at Ogilvy & Mather’s offices in New York City, Paris, Singapore, and Washington, DC. Social Media Week is a worldwide event exploring the social, cultural and economic impact of social media. New York sessions feature an exclusive with Tumblr Founder and CEO David Karp and panelists from Ford, Whole Foods, and iHeartRadio. That same day, Social@Ogilvy will create an innovative strategy with Google using Google+ for Caterpillar and debut it live on stage.
Time Warner Cable and publishing authority Digiday also join the dynamic list of panelists for New York sessions on social customer care and animated gif advertising, respectively. New York will host a Master Class on community management and discuss emerging topics such as mobile and social developments in healthcare. Panels in Paris range from crisis communication to Social CRM and Singapore’s focus is on what drives memorable social media marketing. Washington, DC sessions range from “It's Not Just About Likes; Measuring the Effectiveness of Social Media” to “Show, Don't Tell: The Rise of the Visual Web”.
Social Media Week is packed with trends and insights from leading social media experts from around the world. Findings will be shared via social media platforms to offer both attendees and non-attendees updates in real-time.
