CMS Certification (Consultancy Management Standard) guarantees the quality of services that Ogilvy Public Relations offers to its customers in France but also its ability to support the same level of demand in more than 127 countries worldwide. The agency became involved in the certification process after joining Syntec Public Relations in 2012.
The high level of response requirements and good practices have led auditors to deliver to the agency CMS III certification with a high 82% success rate.
"This certification attests to the quality of our working methods which are implemented to serve our clients. It is a new reward for the agency, and also won a Gold Lion at Cannes in the PR category," said Eric Maillard, CEO Ogilvy PR/Paris. "This is the balance we seek at Ogilvy: combining creativity with excellent implementation, guaranteeing the effectiveness of creative ideas. If it is put to serve our customers every day, it is in a process of continuous improvement that we inscribe our success this year."
Today, advertisers are aware that campaigns require rigorous support particularly in social media, where brands and companies are constantly in danger if the communication is not well managed. "The agency asserts itself in its ability to develop the best creative ideas but also to protect them in an environment that requires daily communication with all appropriate stakeholders," said Maillard.
Already taken in more than 15 countries, this certification was launched by the world organization ICCO (International Communications Consultancy Organization), which brings together trade unions of public relations, in association with recognized certification DNV (Det Norske Veritas). DNV helps companies of all types of sectors, including Public Relations, in improving operational performance in a safe and responsible manner.
Achieving this quality confirms compliance professionals and the most rigorous economic standards.
