New York, NY, April 20, 2004 — Christopher Atkins has joined Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide as the global head of the corporate practice. Mr. Atkins comes to Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide from Ketchum, where he was the director of the global corporate practice.
While at Ketchum, Atkins lead accounts for FedEx, the New York Stock Exchange and Delta Airlines, among others. He has co-authored the book, Image Wars: Protecting Your Company When There’s No Place to Hide, which was named one of the 38 best books about public relations by Knowledge is Power.
Mr. Atkins has extensive experience in working in the financial services, utilities and telecommunications industries. Clients he has worked with include Citicorp, Fidelity, MetLife, PNC Bank, ConEd, AT&T, MCI, and Sprint.
