Ogilvy and SPN Ogilvy End Affiliation By Mutual Agreement

MOSCOW - 17th December 2013, Ogilvy Public Relations and SPN Ogilvy announced today that they would be ending their affiliate arrangement by mutual agreement on 31st December 2013. From the 1st January 2014, the agency will be operating under the new name “SPNCommunications”. SPN Ogilvy has been the public relations affiliate of Ogilvy Public Relations in Russia and Ukraine since 2005.

We wish SPN well with their new strategy and thank them for being a partner that has always strived to provide the best quality services. Existing and shared clients will not be affected by this change. Ogilvy & Mather in Russia and Ukraine will continue to provide public relations services to clients with our main focus on strategy, integrated earned media, social media and social content.”
