We spend 405 minutes a month on Facebook, which if it was a country would be the third largest in the world. 62 percent of Fortune 500 companies now have an active corporate Twitter account. It is clear, social media is more than a fad, it is here to stay among both consumers and the business community. Yet in a recent IBM study, CMOs cited lack of preparedness for social media as their second most pressing concern today.
